Return policy


Returns can be made within 30 days from the date you received the package. Use the return shipping label included in your order to send back your parcel. The return shipping label is pre-paid and the courier service is UPS Ground Commercial.

As soon as we have received and inspected the products, we will issue your refund to the payment method that you used when you bought the products. The return shipping cost of $9.16 will be deducted from the refund.

Steamery US, Inc. is not responsible for any additional customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Steamery US, Inc. cannot be responsible for any loss of goods.


Return costs


Steamery does not offer free returns. Please note that the shipping cost of $9.16 will be deducted from the refund.


Exchanges


At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days for a full credit minus the return shipping cost of $9.16 and re-order your replacement item.


How to return a product


Unused and unopened products can be returned within 30 days from the time you receive your delivery. To return an item, proceed as follows:
1. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Use the provided return shipping label from UPS included in your order.
3. If the shipping label is lost, please contact [email protected] and we will help you further.
4. As soon as we have received and inspected the products, we will issue your refund minus the return shipping cost of $9.16 to the payment method that you used when you bought the products, or give store credit.


Refunds


Refunds will occur if the product is returned in an unused and sealed package. If the product is opened, a store credit will be given. Refunds are issued upon warehouse inspection. Our warehouse may take 7–14 days to inspect and process your return from the day it was received.


Complaints


If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we want to correct it! Contact [email protected] and provide the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Short description of the issue.
  • Short video or photo where we can clearly see the defect.
  • The serial number of the device.

  • We will then help determine what might be the issue and present next steps.
